Rachael’s traditional lands are in Kakadu Stage 3. Her skin is Beling in Ngalkbon and Ngarlbonnaning in Jawoyn. She speaks Kriol and her traditional language is Jawoyn. She lives in Manyallaluk.
She is a leader in community. She actively participates in the local Community Development Programme (CDP) doing activities for children.
She worked in the Manyallaluk Clinic for Sunrise Health for one year, doing administration.
Rachael assists in decision making by the local community authority. She has had extensive experience of the intervention experience.
She helps to run Christian youth camps each year. These camps provide education for youth through drama, games, singing, music and dance.
Rachael has studied at Flinders University in South Australia. She believes the pathway to success is Family and University.
Her mother was Lilly Willika, a strong Ngalkbun lady. Her father was Sandy Willika.
