When she was a young girl Elizabeth was known as Elizabeth Moreen. She changed her name to Coleman after she got married. She married Coleman when she was about 15 years old. He was her promised husband. Her mother died when she was only a tiny baby and Phyllis Wiynjorroc grew her up. Phyllis and Elizabeth had one father, Lamjorrotj, but different mothers. Phyllis’ mother was Laurie and Elizabeth’s mother was Violet.
Elizabeth has five children, three boys and two girls. Their names are Finicole, Dean, Pete, Margaret and Danny. She has many, many grandchildren.
